I sure as heck wouldn't use the flush water from the urinals (that's just disgusting - who knows what's been on those urinal walls?) or those pipes near the floor in those cubicles with latrines for that. 'Sides, urine doesn't contain bacteria anyway. It's typically the urea that generates the odour.
